845-938-7992 or 800-552-2907 – Keller Army Community Hospital Appointment center is open from 7:00am-5:30pm, Monday - Friday.
REFERRAL ASSISTANCE: 938-5373, 7:00am-4:30pm.
In the event of base closure due to inclement weather or other reasons, please call the Appointment Center to receive special instructions.
