Debt Collection Assistance Officer (DCAO)

The Health Benefits Advisors are here to provide TRICARE benefit information and help you with any TRICARE questions or problems you may have. 

The HBA’s routinely resolve claims for civilian health care before they become debt collection issues.  If you are in debt collection for an unpaid medical or dental claim, contact them immediately and provide all supporting documentation.  They can put a hold on the debt collection process while they work the issue and provide you the final results of their investigation.

Whether you’re a new or established TRICARE beneficiary, it’s never too late to learn how the benefit works for you.  Call to arrange a desk-side briefing for one or a group briefing at Keller or a sight of your choosing.
