Keller Army Community Hospital welcomes you to a new method for health care management—the APCMH. Each of the patients enrolled in one of our two Medical Homes (Crimson Knights and the Cadet Medical Home) are assigned a Primary Care Manager (PCM) who helps them define goals and achieve improved health. This website contains information about the services offered by each Medical Home.

FLU Drive
Thursday, Oct 30 from 1500-1800 and Thursday, Nov 6 from 1500-1800 Keller Army Community Hospital (KACH) will be conducting Beneficiary flu vaccination drives for ALL eligible family members.

The flu drives will be conducted in the Primary Care Department Family Medicine Clinic at KACH. They are scheduled to start at 1500 hours and end at 1800. There is no appointment necessary. If you find that work, school, and sporting activities leave you with little spare time during the day, then these flu drives offer the ideal opportunity to get yourself and your family vaccinated against the flu!

In addition, if you are unable to make it to Keller for your flu vaccine, TRICARE retail network pharmacies are authorized to administer seasonal influenza at no cost to eligible beneficiaries.
